Kinnar Sanjanwala

Co-Founder & Director

Kinnar Sanjanwala is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing over 25 years of deep expertise in Finance & Accounting Managed Services, Consulting, and Technology. His career is defined by a proven track record of designing, scaling, and leading large-scale F&A operations for both Indian and global enterprises.

Kinnar has led Managed Services delivery for the Adani Group and Vinmar International, where he played a critical role in streamlining and transforming enterprise finance operations. Over the years, he has successfully designed and implemented end-to-end Finance Shared Services for leading organizations including Essar Group, The Coca-Cola Company, Mondelez, Walmart, and others, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to client needs.

His extensive experience spans a wide range of transformation mandates—from setting up greenfield shared services to leading finance digitalization efforts across India, the United States, and Europe. At JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, and Genpact, Kinnar held leadership roles driving CFO advisory, corporate finance, international tax, and managed services transformation. His ability to blend strategic finance expertise with operational excellence and technology integration has made him a trusted advisor and transformational leader in the F&A domain.

Atul Pratap

Co-Founder & Director

Atul Pratap is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of global experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) Managed Services, Consulting, and Technology. He is a Chartered Accountant, US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Throughout his career, Atul has been instrumental in transforming finance functions for leading enterprises across India, the US, and Europe. He has led the design and implementation of end-to-end F&A shared services centers for global organizations, including Sanofi Aventis, UCB Pharma, NTT Data, and Delphi. His expertise lies in delivering large-scale finance transformation programs, leveraging technology and process redesign to optimize outcomes.

Atul's leadership has been recognized with several prestigious accolades, such as the BW Businessworld Top 50 Leaders in India, the FE Game Changer Award 2024, and the Shared Services Forum Global Award. He has also held key positions in renowned organizations, including serving as the Head of Managed Services Operations at the Adani Group, Financial Controller at Oberoi Hotels, and roles in Corporate Finance & Accounting at NTPC Ltd and CFO Advisory at Genpact.

In addition to his professional achievements, Atul is a sought-after speaker, having delivered sessions at leading platforms like NASSCOM, FICCI, Shared Services Forums, and Automation Anywhere Imagine. His insights and strategic vision continue to shape the evolving landscape of digital finance.

Parth Kanani

Co-Founder & CTO

Parth Kanani is a seasoned technology leader with over a decade of hands-on experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms across fintech, health tech, e-commerce, and compliance domains. An engineering graduate from Vadodara (2014), he combines deep technical expertise with a strong product mindset to drive digital transformation across complex industries.

He began his career in the trading and capital markets sector, developing high-performance, real-time systems for financial operations. He later led backend engineering for dark store logistics in the grocery and pharma sectors, enabling rapid delivery integrations for leading platforms such as Grofers, PepperTap, and PharmEasy.At Retailio, Parth played a key role in scaling a B2B pharma order management platform and building robust MDM tools.

He later co-founded SuperTax, a GST compliance platform serving over 400 enterprise clients, including Adani Group, Reliance ADA, Emirates, and BCCI.

In 2020 He founded  Version# Technologies LLP, a tech services firm delivering impactful solutions across industries like pharma, jewellery, and waste management (USA & South Africa). His work includes leading engineering to Series B-funded startups.


His areas of expertise include cloud-native architecture, AI integrations and enterprise platform modernisation. With a passion for solving real-world business problems through scalable and intelligent technology, now leads the innovation, engineering, and product strategy at FnShift Solutions LLP as Co-founder & CTO.
